We want you to be completely love your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced clothing or shoe item for a refund, exchange, or store credit subject to the following conditions:

- items must be posted in the mail within 7 days of receiving your order.

- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed including tags, shoe boxes and sanitary labels. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that show any signs of wear. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused and returned to you.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories (home/decor, jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, vintage and lingerie), trunk show, and discounted sale items.

Swimwear & Intimates

We do not accept returns on swimwear or intimates (undergarments, lingerie, socks, tights).

Shoes

We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.

If you received a shoe box, this must also be returned in its original condition.

Accessories

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests for jewelry and accessories.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

Discounted items or item(s) marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash.

Return shipping options are available to be chosen once you have completed your returns online. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting return items as Monkee's cannot issue a refund on items that are not received.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Monkee's. Monkee's will not issue a refund on item(s) that are not received or are lost in transit.

Return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong or faulty item. Please contact our team at shop@monkeesofdothan.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
